How to Place An Order
1. Whether you’re after a baby hamper, corporate gift, chocolate hampers or gourmet gift baskets, our safe and secure e-Commerce shopping cart is designed for an easy online shopping experience.

3. Order cut off is 1pm Monday - Thursday. On Fridays the cut off is 12noon.

Bulk Orders
For orders going to multiple addresses, please download our Bulk Order Form and email it to us. Freight on bulk orders is calculated by our team members after an order has been placed so we can get it to your recipients in the time you want it & also cost efficiently.
Depending on the time of year, Bulk orders can take extra time to fulfil so plan ahead. Please note some terms & conditions apply & some gifts within our range may not be available for bulk orders.

Delivery Costs & Timings
Normal Delivery Times
Standard Delivery - Flat Rate $5 anywhere in Australia
- Normal Delivery estimates (please allow longer at peak times):
- NSW, ACT 2 - 4 days
- QLD, VIC, SA metro: 3 - 5 business days
- TAS metro: 3 - 5 business days
- WA, NT metro: 3 - 9 business days
- All regional areas: add 1 - 2 business days to metro estimates (deliveries may be made to the closest post office for some regional locations)
- Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
- Please be careful when entering your details as mistakes can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses please include the business name with your order. If Creative Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, these will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Creative Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at support@3giftgirls.com.au
- Any delays in delivery are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
Premium Express Delivery
- Additional fee of $17
- Available for metro areas and most regional locations (please allow up to 2 business days for delivery during normal periods, longer if at peak times).
- Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
- Orders placed before 1pm (Sydney AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the following business day.

Same Day Delivery/Next Day Delivery - Sydney Metro ONLY
- Available to selected Sydney metro postcodes for an additional charge. The Sydney Inner metro fee is $30 and Outer metro is $55
- Only available to choose at checkout prior to 11am AEST on business days.
- Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
- Recipient MUST be home to sign for parcel. Couriers will NOT take parcel to closest Post Office or leave unattended on premises if no one is available to sign for delivery. This ensures the parcel is safely received by the intended recipient (a re-delivery fee will apply if delivery needs to be re-attempted).

Delivery Information
We use reliable Freight and Postal companies who try their best to deliver within the timeframes specified, however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For non-metro or remote areas, always allow an extra day or so.
If your delivery is to a patient in hospital, please ensure the details are accurate and that they will be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly as incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.

There are no deliveries made on weekends or public holidays.
Please order early and always allow extra delivery time at peak times such as Christmas.
Packaging
When it comes to packaging, Creative Hampers aim to have the ‘WOW” factor. Our high quality gifts are packed in luxurious designer boxes.. Every gift is carefully hand packaged here in our Sydney warehouse to ensure they arrive at the destination in the same condition they left.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Customers are our No.1 priority. We know how important your gift is and we try our utmost to deliver by the date requested. Deliveries Returned to Us
- Occasionally a parcel will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:
- There was no response from the recipient to arrange re-delivery.
- The recipient did not pick up the package from the post office or newsagent.
- The recipient is not known at that address or has moved.
- The address details are incorrect or insufficient.
- The delivery was refused.
- There was no access to a secure building or complex to deliver or leave a card.
- The recipient was in a hospital or hotel and has been discharged or checked out.
- The courier could not contact the recipient and there was nowhere safe to leave the parcel (MailCall same-day and premium Sydney deliveries).
- If a parcel has an incorrect address, our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, and instead the parcel will be returned to us.
- Parcels cannot be redirected while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address.
- We will inform you via email within three business days of the parcel being returned to us.
- An applicable redelivery fee will apply, to facilitate the delivery of the parcel to the same or an alternative address.
- Orders returned to us for any of the reasons mentioned above cannot be cancelled and refunded.
If the gift arrives damaged or is faulty
- We do everything in our power to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition, however occasionally deliveries are damaged in transit and we can not be held responsible for items once they have left our premises as they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
- If you receive a gift that is not in perfect condition, please follow these steps:
- Take photos of the damage (if visible) and send them to support@3giftgirls.com.au so that we may assess the damage*
- If no damage is visible or if the item is faulty or not as described on our website, contact us on 1300 305 430 or support@3giftgirls.com.au
- Let us know how you would like the return to be processed:
- Exchange for another item
- Store credit
- Refund to the original card or PayPal account used
- We will email you a paid return shipping label for you to print, attach to the parcel and take to the nearest post office
- We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed
- The return must be received within 30 days of the original date of dispatch.
*Damaged or faulty items are assessed on a case by case basis.
